Matthew Demers

Matthew Demers is an IT Workplace Technology Senior Architect at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they have been responsible for designing technology services for BCG offices globally since 2017. With over 23 years of experience in operations and project/program management, Matthew has effectively managed multi-million dollar budgets and led diverse teams to enhance skills and retain talent. They previously served as the Director of Systems Engineering at Steward Health Care, managing IT operations for over 18,000 users, and held leadership roles at several organizations including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Shire. Matthew earned a Master of Science in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University and a BA in Mathematics from Colgate University.
