Matthew Kropp

Matthew Kropp is currently the CTO, Managing Director, and Senior Partner at BCG X, where leadership is provided to a team of over 3,000 data scientists and software engineers focused on AI solutions. Previously, Kropp served as Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group from December 2018, emphasizing digital transformation through cloud, blockchain, and AI technologies. As CEO of FR8 Revolution from 2015 to 2018, significant contributions were made to develop an innovative flatbed and oversized truck freight marketplace. Earlier career achievements also include co-founding Transplant Connect, pioneering software for organ donation candidate management, and developing CRM strategies for major firms like Toyota and Nestle. Kropp's educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from UCLA.
