Maya Thompson

Maya Thompson is a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they work with consumer products and retail companies on customer-centric strategies and digital innovation. Previously, Maya was a Program Officer at Bloomberg Philanthropies, focusing on wealth accumulation initiatives for Black communities, and a Senior Program Associate at Stanford University, leading programming for the Black House and fostering connections for professional development. They founded the Junior Empowerment Training Seminar at Purdue University to mentor young scholars. Maya holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
