Megan Schaedel

Megan Schaedel is the Global L&D MDP Coaching and Learning Programs Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group, where they currently lead initiatives in learning and development. Previously, they held various roles in learning and development, including positions at Sendero and Southern Methodist University. Megan also served as a Graduate Intern at the University of California, Los Angeles, and worked as a Learning Experience Designer while self-employed. They possess a Master of Education in Student Affairs from UCLA and a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Mediation from Southern Methodist University.
