Michael Douglas

Michael Douglas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as a Principal and Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group since 2024, Michael previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at TRACE, where a successful business model pivot was executed, and operating costs were significantly reduced. Prior to that, Michael was the Chief Executive Officer of viaPeople, Inc., where substantial growth and expansion into new markets were achieved. In earlier roles at Galileo Financial Technologies, Michael contributed to financial planning and analysis, strategy formulation during a key merger, and acted as Chief of Staff, supporting executive initiatives. Additionally, Michael began a career in consulting and business analysis, with academic credentials including an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master’s in Computer Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania.
