Michael Nguyen

Michael Nguyen is a Global IT Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they manage the global IT infrastructure across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, VMware ESXi, and Microsoft Hyper-V. They have collaborated with colleagues across Europe and Asia, as well as global vendors. Michael earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at BCG, including IT Engineer - Manager, and worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Hydroid, Inc. Michael has also achieved multiple IT certifications, including the AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator.
