Michael Schniering

Michael Schniering is a Managing Director and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where since February 2011, Michael has led digital transformation and growth programs for prominent organizations in the consumer, telecommunications, and technology sectors. In addition, Michael serves as the Leader of BCG X Australia and New Zealand, overseeing a cross-functional team that innovates and develops impactful solutions utilizing data and technology. Prior experience includes six years at IBM as a Senior Consultant specializing in strategy and transformation for major Australian companies, along with a tenure at Fujitsu Consulting focusing on business and IT strategy. Michael began professional career as General Manager at Dooley & Associates, where responsibilities included strategic direction and performance management. Michael holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a BBA (Hons 1) and LLB from Macquarie University.
