Michael Sticklen is the Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where they focus on People and Organization, specializing in transformations and large-scale PMIs, particularly in the tech sector. With extensive experience across diverse industries, Michael has led initiatives such as the integration of a $20 billion retail acquisition and organizational redesigns for major global companies. Prior to BCG, they directed government consulting services at TechSolve, achieving significant growth, and held strategic roles at Lennox International. Michael is currently pursuing a BS in Chemical Engineering and an International MBA.
