Michal Davis

Michal Davis has an extensive background in management consulting and organizational development. With a decade-long tenure at the Boston Consulting Group from June 2012 to September 2022, Michal held various leadership positions, including North America Functional and Digital Accelerator Senior Director, Partner, Principal, and Project Leader, as well as serving as a Summer Consultant. Prior to this, Michal was the Head of Organizational Development and Recruitment Manager at Makhteshim Agan Industries Ltd. Michal holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, obtained between September 2011 and June 2013, and a BA in Psychology and English & American Studies from Tel Aviv University, earned from January 2005 to January 2009.
