Michele Paoletti

Michele Paoletti is currently a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in Energy, Climate, and Sustainability across various sectors. Prior to joining BCG in 2021, Michele worked for four years in Nissan’s engine calibration department, contributing to successful projects worldwide. Michele holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and a Master’s in Project Management from Il Sole 24 Ore Business School. Additionally, Michele has international experience, including internships in fluid dynamics and reverse engineering, and has worked as an interpreter and lifeguard in earlier roles.
