Michele Ruff is a Global Senior Director and Portfolio Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they currently lead the enablement of digital priorities for the Partner Services Group. Since 2021, they have directed Agile Systems and Digital transformation for key stakeholders, managing multiple product teams and over 50 individuals. With a background in Agile methodologies since 2018, Michele has developed new tools to enhance operational processes. Previously, Michele held various tax and human capital positions at prominent firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte & Touche, and Arthur Andersen. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
