Mugurel Florea

Mugurel Florea is a Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since September 2014 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Ana Pan, a prominent Eastern European bakery and pastry business, since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Summer Associate at Innova Capital and BlackRock in 2013, focusing on private equity investments and infrastructure projects respectively. From May 2007 to August 2012, Mugurel held positions in Corporate Development & Corporate Strategy at IBM, specializing in M&A and joint ventures.
