Nahida Teliani

Nahida Teliani is the Head of Booth and Kellogg Talent Acquisition at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a role they began in 2023. Previously, Nahida served as the Senior Program Director for Career Advancement at the University of Chicago from 2012 to 2015 and held various leadership positions in education, including Director of Academic Services and Director of Admissions at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Nahida's extensive experience in people development, program creation, and talent acquisition is supported by a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Leadership Certification. Known for their skills in innovation and collaboration, Nahida has also contributed to the field of education as President of the Council of Arabic Teachers with the Alberta Teachers' Association.
