Namit Puri

Namit Puri is an experienced professional in the consulting industry, currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since July 2011. Prior roles at BCG include Partner, Managing Director and Partner, and Principal. Prior to joining BCG, Namit Puri worked at Accenture India Pvt Ltd from 2006 to July 2011, where responsibilities included Business Consulting and various roles in Strategy. Earlier experience includes a managerial position in FMCG at ITC from March 2001 to March 2005, focusing on capex planning, supply chain management, new product development, process improvement, project management, and strategic cost management. Namit Puri holds two MBAs with a focus on Analytical Finance and Strategic Marketing from Indian School of Business (2005-2006) and degrees in Finance and Marketing from the same institution. An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering was obtained from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (1997-2001).
