Nico De Wit

Nico De Wit is currently a Global L&D Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they drive program agendas, develop new content, and enhance L&D processes. Previously, they held the position of Regional Operations and Special Projects Manager at BCG, focusing on initiative development and cross-functional projects. Prior to BCG, Nico served as a Strategy and Execution Manager at Sanoma and worked as a Manager in Advisory Services at EY, where they contributed to large transformation projects. Nico earned a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and has completed several leadership and project management programs.
