Oli Shaw is a seasoned design and creative professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Global Senior Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Design Studios, Oli has previously held significant positions including Global Director at BCG Design Studios, Global Senior VP Design and Chief Brand Experience Officer at Idean, and Global Service Design Director and Global Creative Director at Designit. Additionally, Oli has served as Regional Group Design Director and Group Service Design Director at Fjord. With a background that includes being an independent creative consultant, advisor, and keynote speaker, Oli Shaw’s expertise is further supported by an education from Staffordshire University, completed in 2000.
