Olivia Luz is a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they continue to lead projects since 2022 after progressing from Consultant roles within the firm. Olivia gained early industry experience as an Analyst at Woolworths Group in 2018 and as a Business Analyst at Halyard Health from 2014 to 2015. They hold a Master of Management from The University of Sydney Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Studies from Emory University, along with a CEMS Master’s in International Management.
