Or Katz is a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they previously served as a Project Leader and Consultant. They earned an MBA from Yale School of Management in 2020 and hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Haifa, with concentrations in Business, Political Science, and Maritime Studies. Prior to their consulting career, Or dedicated ten years to the Israeli Navy, ultimately holding the position of Chief Operating Officer in the submarine unit. Or has a keen interest in consulting and technology, and enjoys traveling, exploring cultures, and engaging in water sports.
