Peter Tollman

Peter Tollman is an Executive Advisor, Independent Director, and Senior Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they have held the role of Senior Partner and Managing Director since 1999, focusing on the People and Organization Practice and leading in the Biotech and Pharmaceuticals sector. They served as Global Account Manager at Monitor Company, Inc. from 1995 to 1999 and as Founding Managing Director at MPM Capital from 1993 to 1995. Currently, Peter is also a Senior Advisor, Executive in Residence, and Adjunct Professor at BCG. Peter is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering at the University of Cape Town and holds an MBA from Columbia University, along with a certification in corporate governance from INSEAD.
