Phil Bower

Phil Bower is an experienced professional in the fields of security systems, business development, and government contracting. Currently serving as President of TMGL, a subsidiary of The Makua Group since February 2016, Phil has led the company through its certification as an 8(a) entity. Prior to this role, Phil operated as an Independent Consultant, focusing on business development and government contracts. Phil's extensive background includes leadership positions at ECSI International, specializing in security solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense and various federal agencies, and at L-3 GSES, overseeing border security systems. Phil's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Systems from Capitol Technology University, a Master's degree in International Relations from Salve Regina University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rocky Mountain College.
