Phil Harris

Phil Harris is currently a Partner and Associate Director in Industry 4.0 at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they focus on helping organizations achieve digital transformation and operational excellence. With 25 years of experience in the field, Phil has guided over 30 organizations through performance transformations, leveraging advanced analytics to drive significant return on investment. Prior to BCG, they co-founded the KPMG-McLaren alliance, which integrated Formula 1 analytics into business. Phil's journey in operational excellence began at Crown Holdings, Inc., where they improved manufacturing processes using various quality techniques, and they played a vital role at McKinsey & Company, implementing lean transformations for diverse sectors. Phil holds a first-class MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
