Rachael Lam is a Lead in Responsible AI at BCG and previously served as a Senior Solutions Analyst in the same field. Rachael holds a Master of Information in Human-Centred Data Science from the University of Toronto and has experience in product development, operations, design, and talent management. Rachael also worked as a Course Instructor and Instructional Designer at the University of Toronto. Prior to that, Rachael was the Product & Operations Manager at Lokafy. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies from Pitzer College.
