Rachael Ling

Rachael Ling is a Learning & Development professional with 8 years of experience in delivering high-impact training programs within global consulting firms. Rachael began their career as an Account Management Intern at Dentsu in 2014 and later gained early experience at Deloitte as a Talent Engagement Trainee. Rachael served as a Behavioural Scientist at The Behaviouralist, designing interventions for UK government housing councils, before working as a Management Consultant at Accenture, focusing on digital transformation and culture change programs. Currently, Rachael holds the position of Asia Pacific Learning And Development Senior Specialist at Boston Consulting Group, where they lead the design and delivery of learning programs for consulting teams in the region. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University College London and a Master’s degree in Organizational & Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
