Rachit Gupta

Rachit Gupta currently serves as the Global Compensation Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since June 2025. Prior to this, Rachit held the position of Deputy General Manager - PMO (CHRO Office) at Gensol Group from September 2023 to May 2025, where responsibilities included establishing an HR-PMO to improve governance and execution of HR initiatives while supporting the CHRO in various strategic areas. From April 2018 to September 2023, Rachit was the Global Rewards and Mobility Lead at OYO, overseeing performance appraisal cycles and aligning workforce planning with business objectives. Additional roles at OYO included managing HR budgeting and campus hiring initiatives. Rachit's career began at Accenture, where Rachit worked as an Application Development Analyst from July 2014 to May 2017. Rachit holds a PGDHRM in Human Resources Development from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology.
