Rachit Gupta

Rachit Gupta is an accomplished Global Compensation Manager at Boston Consulting Group since June 2025, with a robust background in human resources and organizational development. Prior to BCG, Rachit held the position of Deputy General Manager - PMO (CHRO Office) at Gensol Group, where Rachit spearheaded HR initiatives, implemented people policies, and managed various HR projects, including organizational restructuring and talent acquisition strategies.
