Rachit Mathur

Rachit Mathur serves as Managing Director & Senior Partner at The Boston Consulting Group since October 2007, where leadership of the consumer & retail practice in India has been a key focus, alongside nurturing essential relationships with consumer-led corporations and multinational companies. Previously at BCG, Rachit held the position of Principal and played a critical role in addressing strategic challenges for local and MNC clients, particularly in the FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and F&B sectors. Rachit's career began at ITC Limited from June 1998 to October 2007 as Manager of Special Projects, contributing significantly to the establishment of the branded foods business and excelling in areas such as category entry strategy and portfolio management. Rachit holds a B.Tech (Hons) in Manufacturing Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
