Rajiv Gupta

Rajiv Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and technology transformation. Notably, Rajiv served as a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group from November 2014 to July 2019, where leadership of the DigitalBCG practice for India was paramount. Prior to this role, Rajiv was a Partner and Managing Director at KPMG India, focusing on integrated performance and technology initiatives from June 2011 to October 2014. Rajiv's earlier career includes significant contributions at Accenture as a Senior Executive, and roles in General Electric and Genpact as Assistant Vice President and AVP, respectively. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
