Reagan Frank

Reagan Frank is an incoming Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with prior experience as a Summer Associate. Previously, Reagan served as a Business Process Improvement Intern at OneAmerica, where skills in developing process strategies and leading team discussions enhanced efficiency in operations. During internship tenure at SEP, expertise in data management led to the creation of interactive dashboards, while qualitative research contributed to the development of a new employee training program. Earlier experience as a Media Manager at Indiana Equity Brokers involved content creation and client engagement strategies. Reagan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Economic Consulting and Business Analytics at Indiana University Bloomington.
