Rita Mendia

Rita Mendia has extensive experience in career management and recruitment, beginning as the Executive Coordinator of the Career Management Office at Nova School of Business and Economics from September 2009 to May 2012, where Rita managed corporate relations and student placements. Subsequently, Rita coordinated the CEMS MIM program, overseeing international relations and operational activities. Since March 2015, Rita has served as a Recruiting Manager at The Boston Consulting Group. Prior to these roles, Rita worked as a Consultant at Hay Group, focusing on organizational and leadership management, and was a Managing Partner at Praticasa, a family business in design and home furnishings. Rita holds a Management degree and completed an Intensive Management Program at Nova School of Business and Economics.
