Rob Gillingwater is currently the ESG Supplier Risk Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they focus on sustainability and supply chain management. Previously, Rob worked as a Management Consultant at Clarasys from 2022 to 2025, co-leading initiatives in sustainability and supply chain transitions. They also served as a Senior Strategy Consultant at IBM from 2017 to 2021, and gained early experience as a Procurement Consultant at Procuring in 2014-2015 and a Sourcing Intern at GE Aviation in 2012-2013. Rob earned a First Class degree in Management and Business from The University of Hull and is currently pursuing a degree in Intercultural Management at BI Norwegian Business School.
