Robert Werner is an accomplished leader in organizational culture and talent development with extensive experience in consulting and corporate roles. Currently serving as a Partner and Director at Boston Consulting Group since January 2017, Robert has held multiple leadership positions focusing on culture, leadership, and change. Prior to BCG, Robert worked at Siemens Healthineers as Vice President of Learning & Leadership Excellence and at Siemens Corporation in various senior human resources roles. Robert's career began at Siemens Management Consulting and includes experiences at Pfizer, Mount Vernon Strategies, and Cambridge Energy Research Associates. Robert holds an MBA in Finance and Economics and an MIA in Central and East European Studies from Columbia University, along with a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.
