Robin Singh

Robin Singh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group since April 2022, Robin previously held significant roles at Deere and Company as Vice President Global HR and Chief Human Resources Officer from January 2019 to December 2021, and retired as VP & CHRO after a longstanding career with John Deere that included positions such as Global Director of HR Strategy and Regional HR Director for India and Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior experience includes HR leadership roles at Schneider Electric and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Robin Singh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, earned between 1986 and 1988.
