Roman Geis

Roman Geis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy, brand growth, and organizational transformation within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since June 2011, Roman previously held the roles of Managing Director and Partner. Prior to BCG, Roman worked at Siemens Management Consulting from August 2004 to April 2011, advancing from Consultant to Project Leader. Roman's academic background includes a Diplom in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Berlin and attendance at the University of California, Berkeley, in 2001, alongside an Abitur from Christianeum.
