Ryan Bash

Ryan Bash is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they lead talent analytics and reporting since April 2023. Previously, Ryan has served as a Consultant at Bain & Company and a Policy Advisor for the Federal Railroad Administration from 2015 to 2019. Ryan holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a BA in Biology, Magna cum laude, from Kenyon College. They are currently pursuing further education in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography at the Sea Education Association.
