Sally Cratchley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since October 2007, currently serving as the Global BST Engagement & Employee Experience Executive Director and previously occupying roles such as Global Human Resources Transformation Executive Director and Global HR Transformation Senior Director. Sally has been instrumental in leading BCG's global Workday HCM delivery and enhancing HR digital capabilities. Earlier in the career, Sally held positions at the Australian Rugby Union as a Market Research Manager and at Network Ten as the Research Department Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from UNSW.
