Sara Birkley

Sara Birkley is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in leadership development, organizational behavior, and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant at Boston Consulting Group since June 2019, Sara has also been a Board Member at Human Rights First since October 2017. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at KPMG UK, where roles encompassed Director and Senior Consultant from June 2010 to September 2017, and positions as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Protiviti from April 2006 to May 2010. In terms of education, Sara holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco, a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from UC San Diego, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
