Sharon Song is an experienced Regional HR Director at The Boston Consulting Group, overseeing HR functions across the APAC region, except India. Previously, Sharon worked as an HR Manager at KPMG from 2006 to 2016, where they led various HR initiatives, including performance management and talent development. Sharon holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
