Shiju B is a Senior Video Specialist and Senior Art Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they create impactful visual designs and animations. Having previously served as a designer at RR Donnelley, Shiju has extensive experience in client-centered design solutions. They are also the founder of PD46 and a design mentor at adplist.org, sharing insights with emerging designers. With a background in Biotechnology from Karunya University, Shiju is passionate about the intersections of design, change, and cognitive neuroscience.
