Simon O'Connor

Simon O'Connor is a Talent Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they lead the Career & Talent Management department and manage a team of over 20 Career & Talent Coordinators. Since 2025, O'Connor has been responsible for staffing processes for over 600 consultants and managers and has actively participated in career development initiatives. Prior to their current role, O'Connor held various positions in talent management and project management across multiple organizations, including AMS Conseil, ALTEN, and Wavestone, showcasing their extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation. They hold a Master’s degree in Business from KEDGE Business School.
