Stefan Rasch is a seasoned Senior Advisor, Board Member, and passionate investor, currently serving as Chairman of the Advisory Board at FOND OF GmbH. With 30 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Stefan held key leadership roles, including managing director and senior partner, and has extensive experience in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Internet, and Technology industries. Stefan has advised approximately 50 companies globally, contributing to numerous large-scale transformation programs that enhance competitive advantage and shareholder value. A Diplom Kaufmann graduate from Universität Augsburg and an MBA holder from the University of Pittsburgh, Stefan enjoys collaborating with diverse teams and has worked with clients across 15 countries.
