Stefano Pini

Stefano Pini is the Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they lead the Climate & Sustainability efforts for the Industrial Goods practice. Passionate about transforming OEM players and the Energy sector, Stefano focuses on large-scale transformations in energy technologies, particularly within green technology, mobility renewables, and hydrogen. Prior to this role, they conducted research at ARCES and Sacmi and worked as a market analyst at Tegris LLC and a supply chain analyst at Florida Tile, Inc. Stefano holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, along with an MBA from Columbia University.
