Steffyn Workman is the Director of Retail Operations at BCG Vantage, where they support Managing Directors and Topic leaders in the areas of Store Operations and Supply Chain. Previously, Steffyn served as a Lead Knowledge Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, contributing significantly to retail operations initiatives and authoring influential internal perspectives. They also held various leadership roles at Target and Publix Super Markets, driving profitability and operational improvements across multiple stores. Steffyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Kennesaw State University.
