Stephan Prym

Stephan Prym is a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), having progressed from Project Leader since joining in November 2019. As a core member of the Financial Institutions and Tech & Digital Advantage Practices, Stephan possesses functional expertise in AI, digital transformation, IT strategy, operating models, data and risk management, and business strategy, with a focus on banking, captives, payments, and financial infrastructure. Prior to BCG, Stephan served as a Senior Manager at Accenture from June 2004 to September 2019, where contributions included digital strategy, IT and operating model transformation, post-merger integration, and cost efficiency within the banking and capital markets industries. Educational background includes a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht specializing in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, and studies at SKEMA Business School and Unitec.
