Stephane Cairole serves as the Head of Marketing, Sales & Pricing Practice for Boston Consulting Group in Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa, leading regional capability building and team deployment for large-scale transformations across various industry sectors. With a focus on large-scale transformations in marketing, sales, and pricing for global consumer products clients, including leaders in cosmetics, food and beverages, and consumer health, Stephane has also managed the BCG Consumer Practice in France, overseeing activities in consumer products, retail, fashion, luxury, and travel sectors. Prior to this extensive role, Stephane progressed from Consultant to Managing Director while focusing on the consumer and MedTech industries and served as Recruiting Director at Safran. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Engineering from CentraleSupélec and a Master's in Business Strategy and Management from HEC Paris.
