Stephanie Ong

Stephanie Ong is currently a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they have worked since 2020, having previously served as a Consultant and Project Leader at the same firm from 2016 to 2018. They began their career at KPMG US as a Vacation Accountant (2004-2006), then transitioned into roles at GE as a Strategic Initiatives Manager (2013-2014) and J.P. Morgan as an Analyst in Investment Banking (2008-2009), among other positions in investment and corporate banking. Stephanie also gained experience through internships, including at Boston Scientific as an Endoscopy Marketing Intern in 2015 and earlier at JPMorgan in 2006. Currently, Stephanie is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with Distinction at INSEAD while also working towards a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) at the University of Melbourne.
