Stephen Spencer

Stephen Spencer is a Product Design, Development, and Innovation Leader with extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex programs. Currently serving as a Design Studios Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group, they have previously held roles such as Principal Product Manager at BCG Platinion and Lead Designer at MAYA Design. Stephen also shares their expertise as a Product & Design Advisor for an independent consultancy and has contributed as a volunteer product design mentor. They hold a BHA in Industrial Design and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, where they also taught as an instructor.
