Steve Mills

Steve Mills is currently the Chief AI Ethics Officer and Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they lead efforts in artificial intelligence across the public sector. Previously, they contributed to Booz Allen Hamilton by launching a data science business and overseeing technical training programs, and held various leadership roles focused on machine intelligence. Mills holds a Master’s degree in Forest Management & Operations Research from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Management from Frostburg State University.
