Steven Galson

Steven Galson, MD, MPH, is a seasoned biotechnology executive and public health leader with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and healthcare strategy. They currently serve as a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group and as a Board Member for BioCryst Pharmaceuticals and Elephas Biosciences. Previously, Galson held prominent roles including Senior Vice President for Research and Development at Amgen, Acting Surgeon General, and Director at the FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. Galson earned their Doctor of Medicine degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
