Santamarta's background includes key roles at BCG as a global leader in energy strategy, particularly in the Nordic region, and significant prior experience at Shell International in M&A and project finance, focusing on renewable energy financing and strategic transactions. Santamarta holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, studied at Harvard Kennedy School, and earned a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers.
