Terry Porter, Ed.D., is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in organizational change and transformation. Currently serving as the Consulting Team Talent Management Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group since July 2021, Terry shapes and drives the talent strategy for a diverse consulting staff across North America. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, Terry oversaw significant organizational transformation projects for a Fortune 100 company, impacting 20,000 employees. Terry's prior role at Xcel Energy involved leading change strategies to improve technology adoption and stakeholder engagement. With a strong foundation in human resource management, Terry has also provided talent management consulting to various clients since 2010. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organization Development and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of St. Thomas, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
