Thomas Baker

Thomas Baker is an experienced professional in the fields of consulting and research, currently serving as Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) after holding positions as Principal and Project Leader. Prior to BCG, Thomas Baker worked in strategic marketing at First Solar and contributed to academia as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at UC Berkeley and a Graduate Researcher at Harvard University. Additional research experience includes a visiting researcher role at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research. Thomas Baker holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
